Q. Why does my computer run so much slower than it used to?
A. Most slow down issues are caused by malware infections that we can remove.
Q. How can I ensure my neighbors aren't able to use my internet connection?
A. Your wireless router can be secured to require an access password.
Q. Can I upgrade my pc so that it will last a few more years?
A. For many normal computer users, some simple upgrades such as added ram, video card, or hard drive can provide the performance increase that you desire.
Q. Do you accept drop-offs?
A. Yes, we accept drop-offs at our office during normal business hours.
Q. How can I pay for service?
A. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. You can also pay your invoice online.
Q. Do you service Macs?
A. Not at this time.
